With over a decade of experience, Jennifer is a very experienced clinician having worked with a wide variety of clients including Veterans and active duty service members, the disabled population, and severely mentally ill clients. Jennifer integrates mindfulness into her practice utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). By promoting awareness and valued action, Jennifer challenges her clients to look at their lives in new ways. Jennifer spent several years in South America, and is fluent in Spanish. She is extremely compassionate and kind. She is also very understanding and relatable person with whom anyone would feel comfortable opening up to. Jennifer also has open availability on Saturdays, and is available for video therapy.
